Refund policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
As a customer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you or a third party, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within the 14-day withdrawal period.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Exceptions: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrance products cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service at order@blackmist.be within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will guide you through the return process, including the return address and any necessary forms on Blackmist.be
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
