1) Shipping Methods
At BLΛCK MIST, we offer the following delivery options:
• Postal Delivery (e.g. Bpost, PostNL, or similar)
Your order will be shipped securely and traceably to the address provided at checkout.
• Local Delivery
For select regions, we offer direct delivery to your home or business address.
• Store Pickup
Prefer to collect your order yourself? You can opt for in-store pickup at no extra cost. We'll notify you when your order is ready.
2) Processing Time
• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• During promotional periods or holidays, handling times may be slightly longer.
3) Shipping Costs
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and delivery method.
• Free shipping may apply for orders above a certain value — check our website for current offers.
• In-store pickup is always free of charge.
4) Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times:
• Belgium & the Netherlands: 1–3 business days
• Other EU countries: 3–7 business days
Please note these are estimated times; actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, customs, or other external factors.
5) Tracking & Notifications
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your package through the courier's website.
6) Undeliverable Packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, it will be returned to us. Re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
7) Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or is missing items:
• Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
• Please include your order number and photos if applicable.
• We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
8) International Shipping
We currently ship to most countries within the EU. For shipping outside the EU, please contact us for availability and a custom quote.
